Please get seen ASAP: Neck pain, Back pain, and shoulder pain are usually musculature issues in someone your age. That doesn't mean it could be something more serious like a herniated disk in your neck or back that could cause region symptoms. BUT pain in the fallopian tube is a issue that needs to be address. A tubal pregnancy or infection can be very very serious. Please get seen asap.
