Not really: Older patients don't necessarily have more risks to getting a nose job than a younger person just because of age. The risks are slightly increased if the patient is taking blood thinners or other medications for their heart, etc. That can cause issues with the anesthesia. All patients for cosmetic surgery should be cleared by their medical physician prior to surgery. Consult a plastic surgeon.

Depends: If you are in good health there is no difference in risk in older people getting a nose job. That said, if you are over 60 the bones of the nose sometimes get more brittle and care has to be taken in treating them during surgery. See an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.

Rhinoplasty : it depends on the person's medical status. A preoperative medical clearance can assess that.

Risks and health: At 35 (your stated) year of age, you are at no greater risk than the typical rhinoplasty population. However certain medical conditions such as hypertension are related to advancing age and this one problem could lead to an increased risk of bleeding following a nose job. Other conditions such as diabetes or chronic habits such as smoking may be associated with higher risks
