Simulation: An experienced rhinoplasty surgeon will have before and after photos to show you and may be able to offer simulation of the possible result with surgery. Vectra 3d facial imaging enables unparalleled detail in evaluating and simulating surgical goals. If you and your surgeon agree on the goals of the surgery that is the first step to achieving the desired result.

Communication: It is very important to communicate to your surgeon in clear terms what you want changed. Take your own pictures and print them, then use a dry erase marker with fine tip to show your doctor the changes you would like. You can also use other individuals photographs to tell your physician what features your like in a nose. Make sure that your surgeon repeats his plan to you and it is what you want.
