Not necessarily: A nasal fracture may or may not lead to external deformity or difficulty breathing. If neither of these happen, there is no reason for further treatment.

No(se job): It would only be recommended to operate on a nose after trauma if one was unable to breathe properly, has uncontrollable bleeding or if the appearance has been altered by the accident. Even then, it is still up to the individual if they want their nose fixed unless they are bleeding to death.

No: Not all nasal fractures require surgery. Reasons for post-traumatic nasal surgery are if there is a visible external change to your nose, or if you breathing worsens. Not all nasal fractures result in bone displacement or movement, and therefore don't all need to be operated on.
