How to get rid of very large ear keloid?

Plastic surgery: Consultation can review options. These can include steroid injections, pressure therapy, excision, chemotherapeutic injection, and even radiation treatments, or more than one of these. Keloids tend to occur in genetically-susceptible individuals, and areas of chronic irritation or inflammation can be the triggering stimulus, especially if there are normal scars elsewhere! once gone, gold earrings!

Keloid Rx: The safest approach is silicone tape/gel (myscaraway, from walgreens/online), steroid/bleomycin injections immunosuppressant/chemotherapyagent) only in pro hands, electron-beam radiotherapy, almost never excision unless radiotherapy can be guaranteed within 24hr after excision. Be very careful or it will be made worse by cutting it! close follow up for 2yrs+ to monitor for recurrence essential!
