Needs to be seen: This could be any of a great number of things. One entity that's very common is pityrosporum folliculitis, with red spots at the bases of the tiny hairs; it is easy to treat. Only your physician can tell the cause of a rash. If this is a new rash and you are already taking some kind of medication, consider stopping the rx if you can.
