Rashes and bumps: Bumps are notoriously difficult to diagnose here . Consider reactions to sun, sunscreen, chlorine, sun-triggered reactions to things you are otherwise fine with. Any fever, sore throat, swollen glands? Try cool compresses, avoid lotions and stay out of the sun until better. Iced tea and shade?
