Well Child Care: For a 6 year old child, a routine well child examination would include vital signs, measurement and plotting of growth parameters, a detailed history, assessment of developmental milestones, physical examination, and advice regarding preventive care. Vaccinations should be brought up to date if needed. Labs are not routinely indicated at this age.
