Well: Its probably muscular. Are you having to urinate more? It could be the bladder. Take it easy, sometimes people do too much. It's unlikely due too infection this far out but fever is a sign to go see your doc. Anyway try 2 aleve (naproxen) 2 x per day if u can, add it to your meds but not if taking ibuprfin or silvia's drugs. This will likely help but go in if getting worse, fever, urination problems, etc.
