Well?: Considering that you ovulate 24-48 hours after the surge and an ovum takes several days to pass through your reproductive tract, it wouldn't be out of the question. Read the box on the lh kits but if you are checking these you are trying to conceive. Check a upt if u miss your period but in my opinion you could get pregnant. Good luck.

The ovum stays alive for 12-24 hours after ovulation. Sperm have a long journey to reach the egg but stay alive for 7 days. Dr. Milroys answer is more precise, but itits hard to tell that you could not be pregnant
