What does it mean if my fingers and toes tingle?

Too vague: Tingling of fingers and toes may be symptomatic of something serious or just a nuisance. Diabetes? Poor peripheral circulation? It could be anything, and only a work-up by an md will be helpful.

MANY things.: Generally when someone describes their pain the way you did, it's some type of nerve system issue. It may be small nerve fiber neuropathy. See a podiatrist for a more detailed exam and diagnosis. Treatment may be very simple!
