Many: Your symptoms are pointing to several directions which makes a single diagnosis invalid until a complete history and exam is performed.Had you been seen in my urgent care I would have sent you to the ED for a huge work up including blood tests and CT scan.Granted an EKG was done , it would be prudent to follow up with the doctor who ordered the EKG, review lab tests and formulate a new plan.

Causes of Fainting: Possible causes could be a seizure, changes in the blood chemistry, anxiety, or changes with the nervous system. It was a good idea to check the EKG first. This does not rule out any heart-related cause, but it makes one much less likely. There is still some diagnostic work to do, chiefly because of the fainting. Hope that helps!
