Neuropathy : this could be cervical spinal cord compression vs peripheral neuropathy. May also needs to rule out carpal tunnel and tarsal tunnel syndrome . May need to check thyroid functions and vitamin b12 level

Many causes possible: Sometimes that can be caused by something as simple as hyperventilating. It would be very unusual for it to be caused by a nerve disease or arthritis so it if continues, see your dotcor.
