Think nonheart: If a cardiologist confirmed that your pain is not of the heart, other possibilities include costochondritis, intercostal muscle strain, chest muscle strain, rotator cuff/other shoulder injury, breast origin, lympth nodes, lung- such as a pleuritis, or esophageal origin.

Non cardiac: If three cardiologist told you this is not cardiac then it could be muscular pain. Try some otc ibuprofen.
