Could be a variety: of things. If your cardiologist ruled out cardiac involvement, other things may include anxiety, muscle/skeletal pains, gastritis, stomach ulcers, among others. I would discuss with your PCP and ask for further work up or possible referral to other specialists that can help figure it out. Best of luck.
