Cardiologist: You should talk to your cardiologist about these symptoms. Your cardiac medications may need to be adjusted. Some heart medications can cause decreased energy. Or you may need different doses or additional medications to manage your symptoms.

Tiredness post MI: You might have sleep apnea. Do you snore, have morning head ache? Has anybody ever witnessed you stop breathing in the middle of night? The diagnosis can be made with a sleep study. Also you should start participating in cardiac rehab. This should help out with your energy.
