It is a challange: It is a challange but can be done. It requires the aid of a good assistant and many times smaller sized instruments. Often you need to let the patients rest so they can help in keeping there mouth open as wide as possible. Often i will schedule more time for a person with a small mouth or someone with opening issues. Ask your dentist to let you take some breaks during the procedure.

Very carefully: In all seriousness, it can be difficult but we are trained to help our patients in every situation. It is amazing what we can do :-).
