1-3 weeks : The mold of your teeth should take no longer than 30 minutes. Then the mouth guard will need to be made. If the mouth guard needs to be sent to a lab, it probably will be done in 2-3 weeks. However if it's just a protective mouthpiece, some dental offices can have it done within a day.

Mouth guard: In order to get a custom made mouth guard usually you need to appointment 1st appointment they take an upper and lower impression in a dental office with a bite registration and the 2nd appointment they will try it on fit check it and it's done. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.
