A smaller brush: Often a smaller brush will help. You can even get one called an "end tufted" brush with bristles only on the end. Another trick is to put your brush in your mouth and then close almost all the way and slide your jaw to the side you are cleaning. This creates alot more room than if you stretch your mouth wide open. Try it ! good luck.

A smaller brush: There are smaller toothbrushes available to help reach these hard to reach places. I would also recommend slightly closing your mouth when brushing the back teeth. You will gain greater access. Also for the tongue side of your teeth, there are specially angled brushes available to help make reaching there somewhat easier.
