I've had a horribly sour taste in the back of my mouth/tongue for two days now. goes away when i eat or brush my teeth but returns within five minutes?

Possible sinus: You could have a sinus drip which can cause that sour taste in the back of your throat. When you brush your teeth or eat you are flushing the mucous out of that space behind your tongue. I don't know if you have any other symptoms, but you may want to have your physician check for possible sinus congestion or infection.
