Yes.1st find cause: There are many causes of a "constant" runny nose ..... Which is usually not something serious to worry about... But it can be very annoying ... Just make an appointment with an allergist. Scratch testing (no needles) is easy and quick.... Then there will be many treatment options. Good luck.
