my 10 year old gets relief from year round allergies by using flonase daily , however it makes her nose bleed . any way to avoid this ?

Vaseline, moisture: Try using a small dab of Vaseline in the entrance of each nostril before bedtime every evening. This will help with the dryness and irritation that causes bleeding.
