I am suffering from long termin side effects of taking tamsulosine. i took it 2 years and 5 months ago( for just 3 weeks ) and there is still no improvment. pain in hole body and joints, runny nose, constipation and worst- ed. any info please.

Side effects: Tamsulosin is generally used for symptoms of enlarged prostate, less often to help pass kidney stones. It would be unusual for a 34 year old to have symptoms of enlarged prostate. While it is not impossible that your current symptoms are related to a past medication, it is much more likely that they are due to something else, such as any number of medical problems . Get checked out!
