Treat and moisten: If the studies show sinusitis that will obviously need treatment. Doing a lifestyle audit to exclude all irritant sources like smoke, fumes, dust, scented products can help. Antihistamines may help some.Liberal use of a nasal wash with saline and a nasal gel applied to the nasal entrance at bedtime can stop the nose bleeds.
