NO: Something may have scratched the back of your throat. It should clear in 2 days. If it persist just have your doctor take a quick look.

Tonsilar lesion: Hard to say are you a smoker? How long has it been there? Any other associated symptoms? You should be evaluated by a ENT physician they can better determine if it needs to be treated or biopsied.

Probably transient: Likely this is just a small area of irritation around your tonsil. There is a lot of lymphoin tissue there and often things get stuck and cause mild irritation. Gargle with warm salt water or hydrogen peroxide (if you are able). If it does not clear up in 5 - 7 days, see your md. Good luck.
