See an ENT Doc: A painless lump (bump) in the tonsillar fossa (space where the tonsil was 20 years ago) may be of no consequence but have either an ENT physician or an oral surgeon examine this area to be absolutely sure it is of no significance.

Additional tonsils: As a dentist I have seen tonsils grow back or/and there are several other folds in your tissue that can trap food and cause infection. Get is evaluated by ENT or dentist. Dr mike.

Many things: This could be many things, but most likely it is something we call a fibroma or papilloma. It is best to have it checked out. Things like this can often be removed in the office with some local anesthesia and a laser.
