Thyroid: Was it removed surgically or ablated with radioactive iodine? When was TSH last checked? Med dose may be low, but should also follow-up with oncologist to make sure cancer did not spread. Parathyroid function should also be checked (regulates calcium levels, which can affect muscles).

Possibly: It would be helpful to know how long ago your thyroid was removed. If this was done recently, your symptoms may be attributed to low blood calcium due to damage (usually temporary) to the parathyroid glands.
