Get checked out: The question is why are you having the pain. You need to be examined and your pain further evaluated to identify the cause so the appropriate treatment plan can be developed. You should see your primary doc first and they can refer you to a specialist if needed. If you have never been treated, it sounds like it is time. Many of these problems respond well to physical therapy.
