Yes!: Of course, the healthiest course would be to put on muscle as well as some fat - so please exercise along with increasing your food intake. Concentrate on eating 5 small meals a day with lean meats, dairy, vegetables and fruits. Starches are ok for you, but quickly converted to sugar and fat - so best not to overdo these. Good luck!
