Yes, retest.: If you were concerned enough to have an HIV test, do follow through with a second test - when your health care provider recommended it be done. It would be so unfortunate if you didn't get the help you needed by assuming you are negative, when you really aren't! additionally, you could unknowingly spread the disease to others.
