Lymph nodes. : If you have many lymph nodes appearing in your neck, a more direct diagnostic approach would be to have one or more of the nodes removed and sent to a laboratory for evaluation. Especially if you've already tested negative for HIV.

Other issues: To be complete you could get another test but swollen lymph nodes while obviously a finding of HIV can be caused by other problems such as infection or other diseases that can cause lymph node enlargement. You need a full physical exam and appropriate labs and other testing to rule out other causes of lymph node enlargement. Good luck
