I am a 52 yr old female. I have a positive ANA with a titer of 1:320 SPECKLED PATTERN. My CRP is 15.30, SED RATE 28, ALT 96, AST 84 and 0.53 Creatinine. I suffer from multiple joint pain. Do I need to ask about having an autoimmune disease?.

IBD. I have loose stools, erythema nodosum, I have had a positive IBD test, A positive ana. I have stiff ankles, high sed rate and CRP. But a neg colonoscopy. Could I still have Crohn's?
