Depends: All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that antibodies to SSA suggest auto-immune disorder, however, if that is the only abnormal test and you do not have any symptoms, I would leave it alone and re-evaluate in six months.
