OK, but keep a watch: It is highly unlikely you have a brain tumor at your age. Although many young people get brain tumors, you most likely would have had it already, and if your tests said no, i would say that's ok, but if these symptoms persist, you might want to get other tests, like an ANA (anti-nuclear antibody) to help rule out some other disease, like lupus or rheumatiod arthritis.
