Headaches: You have a myriad of signs & sx which could represent primary neuromuscular, hypochondriacal, infectious, degenerative, or auto-immune diseases. A primary brain tumor is unlikely. It sounds like you consulted a neurologist, wi no specific findings. Are your sx episodic, periodic? Do they only occur at home? At work? Can you associate them with any specific activities? Need more information here.
