Glucose: If you keep starving yourself you are elevating cortisol and glucagon to control sugar. - this can lead to Insulin you should intake protein and resistant starch in order to maintain a relative normal blood sugar for longer period of times and eat smaller frequent meals to keep your sugar stable.
