Your doctor may: want to do a glucose tolerance test in which multiple glucose tests are performed over a 2-3 hour period. It may pick up a condition known as "reactive hypoglycemia" in which the blood glucose drops very rapidly after an initial intake of glucose. This rapid drop can cause shakiness. Your doctor should also address anxiety, excess caffeine & decongestants as possible causes.
