? done when symptoms: Unless the glucose is tested when you are having the symptoms of hypoglycemia, it might be normal. You have to check the blood during symptoms.

Possibly insulin ove: Insulin hyperresponse to carbs. Metformin may help. Get a 2 hour GTT with glucose and insulin levels at 0 and 2 hrs.
