It has been a year since i have had scoliosis surgery and i don't have mush flexibility , is there anything i can do about it?

Depends: Flexibility post scoliosis surgery depends on which levels of your spine was fused. If you are fused to the sacrum or pelvis then you may never have much flexibility. If the lower segments of your lumbar spine were not fused then with some therapy you may gain more flexibility. Your surgeon may be able to give you more detail.
