~60-70: The surgery is far enough past that it shouldn't be directly affecting her heart rate unless she's in constant pain (i am fully aware of how painful scoliosis surgery is). If she is in constant pain, then the heart rate can go up unpredictably. Otherwise, the normal heart rate is ~60-80 beats per minute (assuming she has not other major medical issues).
