Yes: It is possible to maintain your weight without exercise but not a healthy approach. Studies show that those who exercise are more successful in keeping weight off long term. I challenge you to make your goal a healthier you, not just a thinner you. In that case, exercise absolutely needs to be part of your life. Start simple with something you enjoy- take a walk, dance, take the stairs, yoga?
