NO: Can be on the top of the bladder but not inside the bladder itself , unless old bladder surgical scar develops a fistulous connection in to bladder possible to grow into bladder then which will be rare.

Yes: Endometriosis can and has grown into the bladder penetrating the mucosa in my practice. A urologist and i teamed up to resect the "tumor" which turned out to be an endomettioma caused by extensive endometriosis.
