R/O KIDNEY STONE: Unlikely. From endometriosis with those symptoms is concerning for kidney stone or kidney infection. You need a full exam labs urine C&S. 24 urine for stone analysis kidney ultrasound or CT.. And usually empiric antibiotic therapy. Make sure to strain your urine and try to capture any debris , it may be a kidney stone. Push fluids water/cranberry juice. Also Urology Dr for cystoscopy if needed

Here are some ...: To verify if indeed you are seeing white & pink tissue in urine, you need urinalysis (UA) to test the urine and cystoscopy to look into the bladder. If both are okay, you would be ok; if cystoscopy is okay but UA shows the "tissue", you need a complete set of imaging study such as CT.IVP to see the configuration and texture of entire urinary tract for completion. More detail? Ask urologist timely.
