Endometriosis: can occur without menstrual irregularities. A Pelvil ultrasound / MRI are indicated usually followed by a biopsy. The treatment should be "in the hands of" a GYNECOLOGIST familiar with the medical /surgical treatment of the disorder! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
