Probably not: Most stitches are absorbable and by two weeks substantial healing has occurred but were are many different techniques used and i would definitely discuss with your surgeon, .

No: The stitches on the inside of your nose are usually absorbable and intended to fall out at around 2-3 weeks.

No: Typically dissolving sutures ate used inside the nose and will only pull out after they have already done their job. You should be fine.

Probably not. : Although its difficult to tell what kind of stick you pulled out, more than likely it was a stick from the nasal lining. These won't effect the long term outcome of your surgery and probably were no longer doing anything anymore anyway.
