Not the parathyroid: The parathyroid does not have spasms. It makes parathyroid hormone fairly continuously, and that controls your blood calcium. If ca is normal, no need to worry about parathyroid. It sounds like you have rather bad esophageal reflux, and perhaps you should see a gastroenterologist.
