Possibly: It may depend on where the clot is located and what symptoms remain. If the clot affects both iliac veins you may not have enough blood returning to your heart causing these symptoms until you are able to redistribute your blood volume. If you still have pain due to the clot, younger people can have an increased heart rate as part of their pain response. A compression stocking (20-30mmhg) helps.
