Mono therapy: Using stilnox ( zolpidem) is used as a sleep aid. Sleep problem is usually a symptoms of another problem, so we normally try to explore and assess why the person is not sleeping. Most of the time treating the primary problem in addition to using a sleep aid , works. Using monotherapy can be associated with faster development of tolerance and loss of efficacy see a psychiatrist fro assessment.
