Back Pain: Hi, it sounds to me like you have a disk herniation of the l3/l4 invertebral disk, and a bulging l4/l5 intervertebral disk. Herniations occurs when the gel-like centre of a disk is ejected out of a defect in the outer, denser disk wall. This can cause pain and nerve injury. A bulging disk is not herniated, but can still cause symptoms. Consider a visit with a certified pain specialist.
