If you need seroquel (quetiapine): ....You probably should not be smoking weed. Marijuana increases the risk of psychosis and makes it more difficult for your psychiatric condition to be effectively treated with any medications.

Weed: Weed can increase your dopamine, while seroquel (quetiapine) is supposed to lower dopamine, hence one counteracts the other.
